This centre offers a wide range of programs and services to newcomers to help them settle, integrate, and contribute their skills and voices in Ontario. The organization is located throughout the GTA and provides practical assistance, emotional support, civic engagement, and the support for individuals and communities to realize their full potential.

The What’s Up Walk-In provides free mental health counselling for children, youths, adults and families all across Toronto. Individuals can call 1-866-585-6486 to be connected to a counsellor. In a recent post, the clinic wrote “racism and mental health are inextricably linked and YES it’s OK to talk about it!”
This organization works to support its Black therapists and its Black clients by way of low or no cost to mental health services. Their aim is to provide free and timely accessible therapy services to the black community.
This organization is Mississauga-based, and works to provide low-income at-risk individuals within the Black community access to affordable evidence-based mental health services. Their focus is on culturally responsive services, programs and education for Black children and adults.
This organization focuses on providing equitable, holistic mental health and addiction services for racialized populations/communities in the GTA. It provides an array of mental health services within anti-racism/anti-black racism and anti-oppression frameworks. Their aim is to address the negative impact of racism and discrimination on mental health and well-being. The organization also provides services in many languages including, Caribbean dialects, Central and South Asian languages, and African languages.
